It was an enthralling experience to travel and cruise around the south pacific seas aboard a big ship that offers extensive entertainment and lots of food! Almost 2 years passed and I am now wishing I could take my parents to the same experience, or better [how can you cheat winning the lottery?].

star cruise aquarius docked at phuket island harbour; shot taken minutes before sunset.
When you travel through a cruise, it is optional that you take tours in every city/place that the cruise might dock [this means extra budget to pay for your tour guide or you can do it yourself if you are daring enough]. But if you choose to stay on the cruise ship, no worries, you will never get hungry nor be bored of doing nothing. You can just lay around the swimming pool [which is usually on the top deck of the ship], or find your choice of entertainment [video-ke, arcade, casino, sports, etc.], or rather get your entertainment from food [eat all you can without throwing up!]. Partying and club music at the top deck every midnight [for the first 3 nights, if the tour is 4N/5D] while cruising in the middle of nowhere, pitch-black, might also tickle your fancy!

superstar aquarius' swimming pool; shot taken while cruising around Singapore.

night shot of superstar aquarius on the waters of Penang, Malaysia. we were aboard a small boat which will transfer us to the cruise ship since the coast is too shallow for docking.
Now, Star Cruise’s SuperStar Virgo is taking over the tours from Singapore-Penang-Phuket while the sister SuperStar Aquarius is cruising around the HongKong peninsula.
Cruise travel is really a fantastic experience I would recommend. So memorable that you would want your loved ones to experience it too! [Unless you are frightened of pitch-black waters at night or drowning if ever the ship sinks! *mocks].
